NOVELTY - Preparing high-rate battery involves weighing 90-95% positive electrode conductive material, 1.0-2.5% positive electrode binder, 1.5-4.5% positive electrode conductive agent, and 0.1-3% pore regulator according to mass percentage, and then adding auxiliary solvents with vacuum mixer to obtain positive electrode slurry. 90-96% negative electrode conductive material, 0.5-2.5% negative electrode conductive agent, 0.8-2.0% thickener, 1.0-3.5% negative electrode binder and 0.2-5% pore regulator are dissolved in water under vacuum mixer to obtain negative electrode slurry. 12-13% lithium salt, 75-86% solvent, and 2-5% additives are mixed according to mass percentage. The lithium battery cells are added according to the specified design process. USE - Method for preparing high-rate battery. ADVANTAGE - The method has simple preparation condition, no need of ultra-high temperature environment, low production condition requirement, low production cost, high rate charging and discharging performance is excellent, and the high rate charging and discharging can be maintained at a higher holding rate.
