NOVELTY - A graphene membrane comprises a porous membrane and a functionalized graphene film provided on porous membrane. USE - Graphene membrane used for e.g. electrochemical double layer capacitor, chemical sensor e.g. alcohol analyzer, breath alcohol analyzer and conductometric sensor (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene membrane is economical. The electrochemical double layer capacitor having the graphene membrane has high energy density. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) graphene dispersion; (2) formation of graphene dispersion; (3) chemical sensor; and (4) electrochemical double layer capacitor.
