NOVELTY - Method for preparing graphene composite anticorrosive coating, involves (a) grinding copper sheet with metallographic abrasive paper, polishing using polishing machine, washing with absolute ethanol and acetone after polishing, soaking in countless ethanol, washing with deionized water, and drying, (b) dispersing graphene oxide in deionized water, adding polydopamine, uniformly stirring and ultrasonically dissolving, moving to PTFE reaction kettle, reacting, cooling, filtering, washing with deionized water, and drying, (c) adding urushiol to N,N-dimethylformamide, uniformly stirring, soaking pretreated copper sheet in solution, taking out, slowly drying the copper sheet, vacuum drying, soaking in solution, and drying, and (d) adding graphene oxide to N,N-dimethylformamide, ultrasonically stirring, soaking copper sheet in solution, taking out and naturally drying, placing in vacuum drying oven, heating and cooling to obtain graphene composite anticorrosive coating. USE - Method for preparing graphene composite anticorrosive coating. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for preparing graphene composite anticorrosive coating, involves (a) grinding copper sheet with size of 1x 1 cm2 with 1000-1500 mesh metallographic abrasive paper, polishing using polishing machine, washing with absolute ethanol and acetone for 3-6 times after polishing, soaking for 10-20 minutes in countless ethanol, washing with deionized water, and drying, (b) dispersing graphene oxide in deionized water, adding polydopamine, uniformly stirring and ultrasonically dissolving, moving to PTFE reaction kettle, reacting at 200-220 degrees C for 2-4 hours, cooling, filtering, washing with deionized water, and drying, (c) adding urushiol to N,N-dimethylformamide, uniformly stirring, soaking pretreated copper sheet in solution, taking out, slowly drying the copper sheet, vacuum drying at 80-90 degrees C for 5-10 minutes, soaking in solution, and drying the solution for 5-8 times, and (d) adding graphene oxide to N,N-dimethylformamide, ultrasonically stirring for 20-30 minutes, soaking copper sheet in solution for 15-20 minutes, taking out and naturally drying, placing in vacuum drying oven, heating at 75-80 degrees C at a heating rate of 0.2-0.5 degrees C/minute for 0.5 hour, and cooling to obtain graphene composite anticorrosive coating.
