NOVELTY - A torsion-resistant cable material comprises 100 parts mass ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) rubber, 15 parts mass butyl rubber, 3-5 parts mass vulcanizing agent, 20-35 parts mass carbon black, 2 parts mass zinc stearate, 1-2 parts mass anti-aging agent RD, 2-3 parts mass anti-aging agent 4020, and 5-15 parts mass (3-trimethoxysilylpropyl) diethylenetriamine grafted X loaded graphene oxide (X@GO). USE - The torsion-resistant cable material is used for wind turbines mainly used in large-capacity wind turbines with a generating capacity of 3.5 MW. ADVANTAGE - The torsion-resistant cable material aims to solve the defects in the existing technology that the cables for wind power generation are not resistant to torsion, easy to age and crack.
