▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Highly thermally conductive graphene-based hydrogel comprises 0.01-1% graphene, 1.-15% surfactant, 2-25% gel matrix, and 60-97% deionized water. USE - The graphene hydrogel is used as excellent substitute of traditional medical cold compress paste for preparing radiating patch of mobile phone, notebook computer and other electronic device (claimed) and as thermal interface material and flexible electronic material in high-end fields, preferably electronic skin, sensor, supercapacitor, integrated circuit heat sink, etc. ADVANTAGE - The product has high thermal conductivity, high flexibility, simple installation and so on, can replace the traditional silicone grease, silica gel and other thermal interface material, and completely satisfies the use requirement of the electronic device for radiating. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the highly thermally conductive graphene-based hydrogel, comprising (a) preparing graphene dispersion liquid with different concentrations by high pressure cutting technology, and (b) mixing gel matrix and water (ml) in a ratio of 1:3-1:9, fully stirring and dissolving at 90degrees Celsius, mixing the graphene dispersion and gel solution in a volume ratio of 3:1-10:1, thermally crosslinking by stirring and ultrasonic technology, repeatedly freezing and thawing.
