▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene-ionic liquid composite electrode involves adding chloride-intercalated graphite to molten ionic liquid in solid-liquid ratio of 1 g:10-100 mL, ultrasonically peeling, placing obtained mixture of graphene, chloride and ionic liquid in an electric field strength of 100-1000 V/m, centrifuging for 1-10 minutes, removing supernatant, placing obtained graphene-ionic liquid composite material in a mold, molding under pressure of 10-30 MPa, cooling molded product to room temperature, and curing. USE - Preparation of graphene-ionic liquid composite electrode used for electrochemical capacitor (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of graphene-ionic liquid composite electrode without using conductive agent and binder, by simple process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene-ionic liquid composite electrode involves adding chloride-intercalated graphite to molten ionic liquid in solid-liquid ratio of 1 g:10-100 mL, ultrasonically peeling at power of 400-800 W for 0.5-24 hours, placing obtained mixture of graphene, chloride and ionic liquid in an electric field strength of 100-1000 V/m, in which the electric field direction is vertically upward in environment, centrifuging for 1-10 minutes, removing supernatant, placing obtained graphene-ionic liquid composite material in a mold, molding under pressure of 10-30 MPa, cooling molded product to room temperature, and curing. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for electrochemical capacitor.
