NOVELTY - A graphene sponge is prepared based on traditional sponge as template by adding natural crystalline flake graphite to sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid mixed acid while stirring at 100-800 rpm to obtain mixture, stirring for 10-60 minutes, adding 3-10 times potassium permanganate, placing in constant temperature water bath at 30-80 degrees C while stirring at 200-800 rpm for 4-20 hours to obtain constant temperature mixture, adding ice water, adding hydrogen peroxide with amount of 30 mass% of ice water to obtain graphene oxide suspension, suction filtering, and centrifugally washing and drying. USE - Preparation of graphene sponge based on traditional sponge as template (claimed). ADVANTAGE - Preparation method is simple and low in cost, has high production efficiency and good controllability, prepares large size samples, regulates mechanical, electrical, and thermal properties of graphene sponge, and uniformly disperses graphene in graphene sponge. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene sponge is prepared based on traditional sponge as template by adding natural crystalline flake graphite to sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid mixed acid while stirring at 100-800 rpm to obtain mixture, stirring for 10-60 minutes, adding 3-10 times potassium permanganate, placing in constant temperature water bath at 30-80 degrees C while stirring at 200-800 rpm for 4-20 hours to obtain constant temperature mixture, adding ice water, adding hydrogen peroxide with amount of 30 mass% of ice water to obtain graphene oxide suspension, suction filtering, centrifugally washing and drying to obtain to obtain graphene oxide in which mass-to-volume (g:ml) ratio natural crystalline flake graphite:sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid mixed acid is 1:10-400, mass-to-volume (g:ml) ratio potassium permanganate:sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid mixed acid is 4-100:1, and mass-to-volume (g:ml) ratio natural crystalline flake graphite:hydrogen peroxide is 1:1-6, placing graphene oxide and 80 mass% hydrazine hydrate reducing agent aqueous solution in sealed reaction container, performing reduction reaction for 3-50 hours at 50-150 degrees C to obtained reduced graphene in which mass-to-volume (g:ml) ratio graphene oxide:hydrazine hydrate reducing agent aqueous solution is 1:5-50, adding deionized water, uniformly stirring, performing ultrasonic treatment at 10-100 kHz frequency for 30-60 minutes to obtain 0.5-20 mg/ml graphene dispersion liquid, inserting positive and negative electrode on 2 sides of sponge, setting graphene dispersion liquid, performing electrophoresis reaction to obtain graphene sponge in which electrophoresis reaction voltage is 10-600 V and reaction time is 10 minutes to 24 hours, and drying for 5-30 hours at 40-120 degrees C.
