▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The surface plasmon resonance sensor has metallic graphene layer that is formed in the core of the predetermined area of the optical fiber from which the jacket and cladding are removed. The core of the optical fiber (100) includes at least one selected from a group consisting of an inorganic material, organic material and combination. The optical fiber includes a multimode optical fiber. The core of the optical fiber on which the metallic graphene layer is formed has the planar or curved surface shape. USE - Surface plasmon resonance sensor used for fields of nano chemistry and biosensors. ADVANTAGE - Provides improved sensitivity thus easily detecting a minute amount of chemical materials or bio materials. Forms the metallic graphene layer on a wide range of the optical fiber, thus separate polarization controller is not required. The metallic graphene layer has excellent metallic property with high electronic conductivity and excellent mechanical strength and can be distributed in a large area. Provides high mechanical strength and can be fabricated in a large area scale. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a preparing method of a surface plasmon resonance sensor; and (2) a surface plasmon resonance sensor system. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows the process diagram for describing the method for preparing the surface plasmon resonance sensor including the metallic graphene layer.
