▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Polycarbonate composite comprises a matrix resin and a nanomaterial dispersed in the matrix resin. The matrix resin is polycarbonate copolymer which is polymerization reaction product of diol component and carbonic acid diester component including solid dispersion of anhydrosugar alcohol and anhydrosugar alcohol-alkylene glycol in which the nanomaterial is dispersed inside. The solid dispersion of the anhydrosugar alcohol is obtained by introducing the nanomaterial into the anhydrosugar alcohol in an aqueous dispersion state. USE - The composite is useful for molded product (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite has improved tensile strength and elongation, and exhibits uniform physical properties with less variation in tensile strength and elongation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for producing polycarbonate composite comprising polymerizing the diol component and the carbonic acid diester component including solid dispersion of anhydrosugar alcohol and anhydrosugar alcohol-alkylene glycol in which the nanomaterial is dispersed inside.
