USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene sodium alginate composite hydrogel fiber. ADVANTAGE - The fiber: has excellent hygroscopicity, and rapid gelation in contact with water; and overcomes the shortcomings of low strength and easy breakage of seaweed fibers. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene sodium alginate composite hydrogel fiber comprises (1) dissolving sodium alginate in water, adding graphene dispersion and crosslinking agent, stirring until the solution is uniformly dispersed to obtain a mixed solution with sodium alginate content of 4-8 wt.%, and then vacuuming and defoaming to obtain a sodium alginate spinning solution, (2) preparing soluble starch aqueous solution with mass fraction of 3-7%, mixing the sodium alginate spinning solution obtained in the step (1) with the soluble starch aqueous solution in a weight ratio of 7-10:1, and stirring until the solution is dispersed evenly to obtain a mixed spinning solution, (3) passing the mixed spinning solution obtained in the step (2) through the wet spinning method, successively passing through the first coagulation bath to obtain spun fibers, carrying out ion exchange in the second coagulation bath, and obtaining the graphene sodium alginate composite fiber by drawing and forming in the third coagulation bath, where the first coagulation bath is rose water immersion solution, the second coagulation bath is an aqueous solution of methanol and calcium chloride, and the third coagulation bath is an aqueous sodium hydroxide solution, and (4) removing the residual moisture in the graphene sodium alginate composite fiber obtained in the step (3), soaking and washing with absolute ethanol, and then freeze-drying to obtain the graphene-sodium alginate composite hydrogel fiber. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for graphene sodium alginate composite hydrogel fiber obtained by the above method.
