ADVANTAGE - The thermoelectric powder is eco-friendly, economic, cost-effective and has low lattice thermal conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for method for thermoelectric powder preparation, which involves: (A) preparing a thermoelectric material core portion; and (B) forming a reduced graphene oxide shell portion on the surface of the core portion to obtain thermoelectric powder.
