NOVELTY - Sweeping brush bristle formulation comprises 30-60 pts. wt. thermoplastic polyester particles, 10-15 pts. wt. carbon fiber, 1-3 pts. wt. coupling agent, 3-5 pts. wt. silver-zinc nano-alloy, 3-5 pts. wt. sodium alginate, 6-10 pts. wt. saturated sodium hydroxide solution, 5-15 pts. wt. inorganic filler and 1-5 pts. wt. graphene powder. USE - As sweeping brush bristle formulation. ADVANTAGE - The formulation improves conductivity of the bristles and safety of equipment, and has excellent antistatic effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the formulation, which involves (i) adding polybutylene terephthalate particles, carbon fiber, silver-zinc nano-alloy and graphene powder to a mixer, adding coupling agent, sodium alginate, saturated sodium hydroxide solution and inorganic filler, heating the mixture at 300-350 degrees C, uniformly mixing for 30 minutes, and stirring at 120-150 rpm, (ii) after stirring for 30 minutes, reducing the temperature to 60-100 degrees C and continuously stirring for 30 minutes, and (iii) drying for 40-80 minutes, carrying out high-temperature melting and drawing through a drawing device, and setting the drawing device parameters and the drawing diameter.
