▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing double-pulse electroplating nickel-graphene composite plating layer of continuous casting crystallizer comprises (A) processing crystallizer copper plate before electroplating; and (B) preparing graphene oxide solution by Hummers method. The step (A) comprises continuous casting crystallizer copper base body orderly degreasing and removing oil, mechanical sand blasting, electrolytic degreasing removing oil, fixing electroplating auxiliary tool, and using hydrochloric acid spraying activation treatment. The step (B) comprises taking natural sheet-shaped graphite as raw material, mixing and reacting with concentrated sulfuric acid, sodium nitrate and potassium permanganate. USE - The method for the preparation of a continuous casting crystallizer double-pulse electroplating nickel-graphene composite plating layer. ADVANTAGE - The inner performance of the electroplating layer is more uniform, and the high temperature area has uniform heat conducting performance. The whole wear resistance of the electroplating layer is consistent, the surface quality of the production steel blank is excellent, and the final corrosion resistance of the plating layer is further improved.
