NOVELTY - The sensor has a flexible substrate whose surface is formed with an electrode layer that is provided with a three-dimensional (3D) tin disulfide/reduced graphene oxide heterostructure layer. The flexible substrate is made of liquid crystal polymer material. USE - 3D flexible tin disulfide/graphene gas sensor for detecting nitrogen dioxide. ADVANTAGE - The sensor has high sensitivity, high selectivity and wide range of applications. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing a 3D flexible tin disulfide/graphene gas sensor.
