▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-yttrium oxide hybrid material comprises e.g. (i) mixing graphite powder and sodium nitrate, then adding concentrated sulfuric acid and potassium permanganate, stirring and mixing, (ii) dissolving cerium(III) chloride heptahydrate in deionized water, dissolving sodium hydroxide in deionized water, adding solution B into solution A, cooling, filtering, washing precipitate with deionized water, and (iii) dissolving graphene oxide in deionized water to obtain graphene oxide suspension, then adding cerium oxide into the graphene oxide suspension, washing precipitate and drying. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene-yttrium oxide hybrid material. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple in operation, and the product has high ammonia nitrogen degradation activity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene-yttrium oxide hybrid material comprises (i) mixing graphite powder and sodium nitrate, then adding concentrated sulfuric acid and potassium permanganate, stirring and mixing, reacting at 20 degrees C for 2 hours, then heating at 35-40 degrees C for 30 minutes, adding 5 times volume of deionized water into the system, reacting for 20 minutes, then adding 5% hydrogen peroxide solution into the system, hot filtering, washing precipitate with hydrochloric acid solution and water until no sulfate ion is found in the filtrate, then vacuum drying precipitate to obtain graphene oxide, (ii) dissolving cerium(III) chloride heptahydrate in deionized water at material to liquid ratio of 1:5 to obtain solution A, dissolving sodium hydroxide in deionized water in a ratio of 2:15 to obtain solution B, adding solution B into the solution A under stirring for 4 hours, and then reacting at 180-200 degrees C for 8-10 hour, cooling to room temperature, filtering and washing precipitate three times with deionized water, then vacuum drying at 50 degrees C for 4 hours to obtain cerium oxide, and (iii) dissolving graphene oxide in deionized water in a ratio of material to liquid 1:15, ultrasonically dispersing for 10 minutes to obtain graphene oxide suspension, then adding cerium oxide into the graphene oxide suspension, stirring at 3000 revolutions/minute for 4 hours, then microwave heating at 200 W power for 20 minutes, reacting at 200-250 degrees C for 8 hours, naturally cooling to room temperature and filtering, washing precipitate 3 times with deionized water and then drying under vacuum at 60 degrees C for 4 hours to obtain final product.
