NOVELTY - The method involves obtaining graphene oxide. AC field is added to the graphene oxide solution. Frequency of the AC field is 100Hz-7MHz. The graphene oxide solution is distributed among anomaly phase, isotropy phase and nematic phase. Light is added to the graphene oxide solution. Solvent from the graphene oxide solution is evaporated. A graphene oxide-polymer composite is added to the graphene oxide solution. USE - Method for aligning a graphene oxide cell in an optical device (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables reducing concentration of the graphene oxide solution. The method enables controlling directionality of different-structured optical devices in a better manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for the following: (1) a graphene oxide cell transferring method (2) an optical device.
