▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene modified lignin-reinforced polyolefin wood-plastic composite material comprises 80-90 pts. wt. polyolefin, 60-85 pts. wt. wood fiber powder, 10-20 pts. wt. inorganic powder, 15-45 pts. wt. graphene modified lignin and 5-10 pts. wt. coupling agent. The graphene modified lignin is prepared by an aqueous phase method comprising mixing lignin and water into uniform mixed solution, then adding sodium hydroxide to adjust the pH value to 9-13, then adding 2-4 wt.% graphene oxide of the mixed solution, and reacting at 50-60 degrees C for 6-8 hours. USE - Used as graphene modified lignin-reinforced polyolefin wood-plastic composite material. ADVANTAGE - The material: utilizes graphene to modify lignin to improve dispersibility of lignin, compatibility between modified lignin and polyolefin, and overall performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the graphene modified lignin-reinforced polyolefin wood-plastic composite material, comprising (i) fully mixing polyolefin, wood fiber powder, inorganic powder, graphene modified lignin and coupling agent, (ii) placing the mixed system obtained in the step (i) into an internal mixer, firstly mixing for 10-15 minutes, then hot-pressing on a flat vulcanizing machine for 10-12 minutes, cold-pressing by a cold-pressing flat vulcanizing machine for 15-18 minutes to obtain the finished product.
