NOVELTY - Manufacture of graphene involves pretreating (S1) vegetable raw material by pulverizing vegetable raw material to obtain carbon source, carbonizing (S2) by introducing inert gas into chamber and heating carbon source under plasma atmosphere to obtain carbonized material, and cleaning (S3) by removing impurities in obtained carbonized material. USE - Manufacture of graphene (claimed). Uses include but are not limited to anode material for battery and capacitors, and reinforcing carbon material and carbon fibers for lead wires, rubber and resins. ADVANTAGE - The method enables the effective manufacture of graphene in shorter time and having excellent purity and efficiency, and provides the battery having excellent cycle capacity, energy density and electrical conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) graphene, which comprises vegetable raw material comprising 13-35 wt.% silicon; and (2) apparatus, which comprises a pressure regulator which regulates pressure in a chamber, a gas unit which switches between varieties of different gases to be supplied into the chamber, a combustion section which includes a several different types of combustion, and several receptacles which absorb a material to be burned. The combustion section has a movable combustion device which moves up to the targeted receptacles and switches between gas to be supplied depending on the type of combustion.
