▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Producing graphene modified metal electrodes comprises (a) cleaning the surface of nickel foam and placing in a quartz tube, pushing into the tube furnace in the CVD system, vacuumizing, introducing argon and hydrogen into the tube furnace, heating to 900°C at a rate of 10°C/minute, injecting absolute ethanol, insulating the reaction, cooling, taking out to obtain substrate layer, (b) preparing the functional layer, rinsing the substrate layer compounded with the functional layer with deionized water, placing in absolute ethanol, ultrasonically vibrating, drying with nitrogen, placing in piranha etching solution, heating, and drying, and (c) adding the molybdenum trioxide powder into the quartz tube, transferring into the tube furnace, placing the surface-treated base layer compounded with a functional layer at the furnace tube outlet position of 15 cm away from the molybdenum trioxide powder, and heating to 850°C. USE - The method is useful for producing graphene modified metal electrodes. ADVANTAGE - The graphene modified metal electrode has very high lithium capacity and improved conductivity.
