▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - A filler composite material comprises a heterogeneous material composite particles including a host particles and several guest particles positioned on the host particles and a polymer resin in which the heterogeneous material composite particles are dispersed. The guest particles are smaller than the host particles and have a mutually spaced distance. The host particles and the guest particles include one or more of zinc oxide, silicon dioxide, and aluminum oxide and silicate. The guest particles have diameter-to-size ratio of 1:100-1:1 of the host particles. USE - Filler composite material used for high voltage switchgear (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The filler composite material has excellent electrical insulating properties, heat resistance, tensile and flexural properties and reaction efficiency without additional energy supply from the outside. Since high mechanical energy of the dry mixer is used to induce energy activity and change in physical properties of the particle surface, thereby enabling physicochemical bonding between particles. Since the composite filler is manufactured by dry process, it is environmentally-friendly and economical due to a short process time. The coating thickness and concentration can be easily adjusted only by adjusting the manufacturing process time of the composite filler. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of the filler composite material, which involves mixing the host particles and guest particles with dry particles.
