NOVELTY - Fresh-keeping packaging film material comprises 3-8 pts. wt. gelatin, 1.5-4 pts. wt. chitosan, 0.06-0.1 pts. wt. plasticizer, 0.05-0.08 pts. wt. antioxidant, 0.08-0.1 pts. wt. heat stabilizer, 0.2-0.4 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, 1-2 pts. wt. antibacterial fresh-keeping agent, 1-2 pts. wt. modified polylactic acid fiber, and 0.3-0.8 pts. wt. titanium dioxide. USE - The fresh-keeping packaging film material is useful for wrapping surface of food, isolating entry of decomposing microbial bacteria and foreign pollutants, reventing and prolonging food spoilage. ADVANTAGE - The fresh-keeping packaging film material: has good mechanical properties, barrier properties, good antibacterial and fresh-keeping durability; is easy to biodegrade; and can prolongs shelf life of fruits and vegetables. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the fresh-keeping packaging film material comprising adding gelatin to deionized water, soaking at room temperature for 20-30 minutes, heating to 60-65°C and stirring for 30-40 minutes to obtain gelatin solution (8-10 wt.%); dissolving chitosan in acetic acid solution (2-3 wt.%) to obtain chitosan solution (3-5 wt.%); dissolving the silane coupling agent, adding antibacterial preservative, titanium dioxide and modified polylactic acid fiber, mixing evenly, mixing with gelatin solution and chitosan solution, adding plasticizer, heat stabilizer and antioxidant, mixing evenly, casting, drying and cooling to prepare packaging film material.
