NOVELTY - A QLED comprises a substrate, an anode, graphene oxide layer, a quantum dot light emitting layer, an oxidized graphene derivative layer and a cathode, where the graphene oxide derivative layer is composed of oxidized graphene derivative, in which the carboxyl proton in the graphene oxide is partially or completely replaced by the metal element.
