NOVELTY - Preparing oxidized chitosan-graphene oxide composite material comprises adding 1 g chitosan-graphene oxide composite material to 80 ml glacial acetic acid to obtain a first mixed solution, stirring the first mixed solution, and passing 1.6 l NO gas into the first mixed solution, so that the chitosan-graphene oxide composite material is uniformly dispersed in glacial acetic acid to obtain a second mixed solution, adding the same volume of dehydrated alcohol into the second mixed solution to obtain third mixed solution, washing, suction filtering and drying the third mixed solution. USE - The chitosan-graphene oxide composite material is useful in anti-bacterial agent (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method oxidizes the 6-hydroxymethyl group of the glucosamine unit in the chitosan molecule into a carboxy group through NO2 gas, and realizes the oxidation treatment of chitosan graphene oxide composite material.
