NOVELTY - Solvent-resistant automobile rubber seal comprises 34-38 pts. wt. polyurethane modified acrylic resin, 5-15 pts. wt. polytetrafluoroethylene resin, 1-3 pts. wt. functional additives, 1-3 pts. wt. additives, and 48-50 pts. wt. deionized water. The polyurethane-modified acrylic resin is prepared by (i) sending graphene and wollastonite into a blender at a weight ratio of 3:1, adding sulfuric acid, acidifying for 10-20 minutes, washing with water, calcinating at 300-400 degrees C for 10-20 minutes, adding to ethanol solvent, adding benzoic acid, cardanol, and coupling agent KH560, and reacting at 90-100 degrees C for 20-30 minutes under 50-100 revolutions/minute (rpm) to obtain modifier, (ii) mixing beta -hydroxyalkylamide with ethyl orthosilicate and vinyl tris( beta -methoxyethoxy) silane, adding propylene glycol methyl ether solution, and stirring to obtain polymerizer, (iii) adding polyurethane and acrylic resin to the modifier, and adding the polymerizer, and stirring. USE - Used as solvent-resistant automobile rubber seal. ADVANTAGE - The solvent-resistant automobile rubber seal: can withstand the corrosion of a variety of solvents; and achieves a high-efficiency and long-life use effect.
