▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing composite powder modified by nickel-cobalt alloy on the surface of graphene microplate involves immersing certain amount of graphene microchips in oxidizing acid such as 1:1 nitric acid solution and mechanically stirring for more than 12 hours. The graphene microchips are washed out and mixed with the cobalt salt solution containing complexing agent and reducing agent under the combined action of ultrasonic vibration and mechanical stirring. The graphene microplates are dispersed into mixed solution of nickel salt and cobalt salt to form slurry, and resulting slurry is poured into reaction kettle at 120-200 degrees C for 2-12 hours. The reduced nickel-cobalt alloy particles are adhered to the surface of the graphene microplate during this process, taken out the reaction kettle and waits for the reaction kettle to cool to room temperature naturally. The graphene composite powder is dried in vacuum drying oven at 50 degrees C. USE - Method for preparing composite powder modified by nickel-cobalt alloy on the surface of graphene microplate. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare composite powder modified by nickel-cobalt alloy on the surface of graphene microplate that has higher content of nickel than cobalt in the early stage of alloy particle deposition.
