▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Aqueous-based epoxy zinc-containing primer based on functionalized graphene comprises 15-25% aqueous epoxy resin, 5-10% titanium dioxide, 0.2-0.5% carbon black, 30-50% zinc powder, 3-8% functionalized graphene, 8-10% nano-barium sulfate, 2-5% environmentally-friendly zinc phosphate, 0.3-0.8% dispersant, 0.3-0.6% antifoaming agent, 0.1-0.2% wetting agent, 0.5-1% fumed silica, 0.5-1% organic bentonite, 9-15.7% cosolvent as component A; 100% waterborne epoxy curing agent. The functionalized graphene is titanium dioxide-graphene oxide composites, silicon-dioxide-graphene oxide composites, and aluminum oxide-graphene oxide composites. USE - Used as aqueous-based epoxy zinc-containing primer based on functionalized graphene. ADVANTAGE - The primer has excellent water resistance, acid resistance, alkali resistance, salt resistance, acetone resistance, and salt fog resistance performance reaches 5600 hours without obvious change. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing of the aqueous-based epoxy zinc-containing primer, comprising (i) adding aqueous-based epoxy resin, dispersant, antifoaming agent and cosolvent into a production cylinder, and stirring at 600-800 revolutions/minute for 5 minutes; (ii) slowly adding titanium dioxide, carbon black, nano barium sulfate, functional graphene, environmentally-friendly zinc phosphate, organic bentonite, gas phase silicon dioxide, stirring under the speed of 800-1000 revolutions/minute for 5-10 minutes; (iii) grinding using a sand mill till the fineness is 50 microns; and (iv) adding zinc powder while stirring at 600-800 revolutions/minute, dispersing at 1000-1200 revolutions/ minute for 15-20 minutes.
