NOVELTY - Nano-silver electric conduction ink, comprises 79.3-82.7% nano-silver, 0.001-0.02% graphene, 3-7% phenolic resin, 10-13% diethylene glycol butyl ether acetate and 1-1.8% stabilizer. USE - The ink is useful in large-size touch sensing unit. ADVANTAGE - The ink has: high transparency, tensile and high flexural capacity; suitable for 3D printing of conductive sensing grid unit and achieves single length of more than 100 m of ultra-fine wire. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the nano-silver electric conduction ink, comprising preparing stabilizer by using surfactant, dispersant, anti-oxidant and leveling agent, dissolving stabilizer and phenolic resin in diethylene glycol butyl ether acetate solution, adding uniformly nano silver powder into previous step solution, scattering previous step solution using ultrasonic wave, aggregating into powder group, placing in high-speed mixer, stirring uniformly, mixing uniformly graphene powder with an inert gas flow containing conduction ink, preparing into nano-silver electric conduction ink, placing in sealed container at 15-27 degrees and storing.
