▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene high heat conductive floor involves (S1) immersing a substrate veneer, a intermediate layer veneer, and a surface veneer in 8-12 %mass sodium hydroxide solution at 60-70 degrees C for 30-40 minutes, (S2) washing the immersed veneers using distilled water, naturally drying, (S3) treating the dried veneers with plasma, (S4) impregnating the treated veneers in a graphene/metal composite-inorganic salt impregnation modifier for 2 hours, carrying out immersion treatment using vacuum and pressurization method at 40-60 degrees C and 1.5-3 MPa for 2-3 hours, (S5) drying the veneer at 25-28 degrees C for 2-3 hours and at 110-115 degrees C for 10-20 minutes, (S6) arranging 3-5 sheets substrate veneers, 2-4 sheets intermediate layer veneers, and 1 sheet surface veneer from bottom to top, (S7) hot pressing the substrate veneers, intermediate layer veneers, and surface veneers in order at 125-130 degrees C and 1.0-1.3 MPa for 15-20 minutes and cooling to room temperature. USE - Preparation of graphene high heat conductive floor. ADVANTAGE - The process uses impregnation solution which distributes the graphene/metal composite material in the wood cell cavity, which improves the thermal conductivity of the wood, and enhances the density and stability of the wood. The prepared floor is energy saving, has excellent thermal conductivity, uniform heat dissipation and stable structure. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - In step (S2), drying is carried out using air at room temperature to a moisture content of 12-16%.
