NOVELTY - An aminoquinoline modified nitrogen doped graphene (I) is new. USE - Compound (I) used for preparing quantum dot for making histidine fluorescent detection reagent (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The compound (I) can easily prepare quantum dot. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An aminoquinoline modified nitrogen doped graphene of formula (I) is new. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of aminoquinoline modified nitrogen doped graphene quantum dot comprising: (A) taking 2-3 mg/ml nitrogen doped graphene quantum dot solution in a beaker, adding 0.3-0.5 ml mixed solution of N-hydroxyl succinimide and 1-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)-3-ethyl-carbodiimide hydrochloride as catalyst, standing and activating for 10-30 minutes; (B) adding 0.01-0.02 g 8-amino quinoline in 5-10 ml ethanol solution, stirring until it is completely dissolved, then dropwise adding the solution of nitrogen doped graphene quantum dots, uniform heating and ultrasonic dispersing for 10 minutes in water bath at 45 degrees C, further heating in water bath at 45 degrees C for 6 hours, and stirring at room temperature for 24 hours; and (C) after the reaction, placing the product in dialysis bag with a molecular weight of 1000 and a mixed solvent of 1000 ml deionized water and ethanol for 3 days, every 3 hours changing the water once to obtain the aminoquinoline modified nitrogen doped graphene quantum dot.
