NOVELTY - Electrochemical device comprises first shell; second shell, which is provided opposite to first shell along the thickness direction of electrochemical device; first spacer; second spacer, first spacer is located between first shell and second shell, the second spacer is located between the first spacer and second shell, the electrochemical device is provided with first accommodating space between first shell and first spacer, the electrochemical device is provided with second accommodating space between the first spacer and second spacer, the electrochemical device is provided with third accommodating space between second spacer and second shell; first electrode assembly, which is provided in the first accommodating space; second electrode assembly, which is provided in the second accommodating space; and third electrode assembly, which is provided in the third accommodating space. First spacer includes first body part between first electrode assembly and second electrode assembly. USE - The electrochemical device is useful in electronic device. ADVANTAGE - The electrochemical device: has good heat dissipation properties, so as to have improved cycle life and safety in high output applications.
