NOVELTY - A high conductivity nano-graphene/phenolic resin composite material comprises 50-90 wt.% phenolic resin, 10-50 wt.% graphene or graphene oxide, 0.1-2 wt.% silane coupling agent, and 2-20 wt.% curing agent. USE - High conductivity nano-graphene/phenolic resin composite material used for solar battery, electronic appliance component, supercapacitor, sensor, LED illumination module and aerospace field. ADVANTAGE - The composite material has excellent conductivity, and good toughness, thermal and chemical stabilities. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the high conductivity nano-graphene/phenolic resin composite material comprising: (A) drying phenolic resin, and dehydrating to - 20 degrees C to - 40 degrees C for 4-12 hours; (B) adding high-speed mixer with silane coupling agent and graphene or oxidized graphene under nitrogen atmosphere, stirring at 80-120 degrees C and at speed of 800-2200 revolutions/minute for 5-15 minutes to obtain graphene or oxidized graphene mixture; (C) adding high-speed crushing dispersion machine with curing agent, dehydrated phenolic resin and graphene or oxidized graphene mixture under nitrogen atmosphere, dispersing at 50-110 degrees C for 5-15 minutes, and solidifying to obtain masterbatch; and (D) adding into injection compression molding machine, injection molding to 150-180 degrees C for 1-15 minutes, and solidifying.
