NOVELTY - The surface of glass substrate is hydroxylated and pretreated. Titanium salt is dissolved in ethanol and hydrolyzed after adding diethanolamine. A rare earth compound and dimethylformamide are added to the hydrolyzed solution and stirred to obtain rare earth sol solution. Carbon nanotube and graphene are added to the sol to obtain rare earth modified carbon nanotube-graphene. The pretreated substrate is placed in the sol and removed, dried and baked at 80-120 degrees C, and further at 50-900 degrees C, and naturally cooled to room temperature to obtain ceramic composite film. USE - Manufacture of rare earth doped modified carbon nanotube and graphene composite film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite film is manufactured economically by a simple process, with reduced environmental pollution. The composite film has excellent friction resistance and abrasion resistance, and uniform film-forming property.
