▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing a heat-conducting nylon composite material, comprises (1) uniformly mixing a nylon polymer and polypropylene, and vacuum drying to obtain an intermediate product one, (2) spraying the auxiliary agent and heat-conducting filler to the resultant intermediate product one, and performing ball-milling mixing to obtain an intermediate product two, and (3) performing melt extrusion granulation on the resultant intermediate product two to obtain a product, where the first and second end of the pipe are connected with each other. The auxiliary agent comprises a foaming agent and a dispersing agent. The foaming agent is obtained by reacting carbohydrazide and 4, 4-oxo-bis-benzene sulfonyl chloride. The dispersing agent comprises cellulose ether, glyceryl distearate and sodium dodecyl sulfate. USE - The method is useful for preparing a heat-conducting nylon composite material. ADVANTAGE - The material: is economical; has excellent mechanical property and heat-conducting performance under the condition of low filler content.
