NOVELTY - Preparing basalt fiber-carbon fiber reinforced conductive epoxy asphalt concrete comprises e.g. (1) mixing the anhydrous ethanol with distilled water in the ratio of 9:1 to prepare a solvent, adding 0.03-0.06 pts. wt. silane coupling agent KH550, then stirring for 5-7 minutes, adding the pretreated basalt fiber, allowing to stand for 30-35 minutes, and then taken out to dry, heating in an oven at 115-120 degrees C for 2-3 hours, washing for 2-3 times by acetone and distilled water, and drying in an oven at 80-85 degrees C for 2-3 hours to obtain basalt fiber with surface coupling modification treatment; (2) under the stirring condition, slowly adding the coupled modified graphene oxide to 5-10 pts. wt. epoxy emulsion sizing agent, and stirring uniformly to obtain emulsion type sizing agent, using the sizing agent for sizing the surface-modified modified basalt fiber obtained in the step (1); and (3) pouring the coarse aggregate graphene oxide modified basalt fiber obtained in step (2). USE - The method is useful for preparing basalt fiber-carbon fiber reinforced conductive epoxy asphalt concrete. ADVANTAGE - The method: can significantly improve the flexural and splitting tensile strength of concrete, can reduce the brittleness of concrete and improve its toughness and crack resistance, can improve asphalt high temperature stability and low temperature crack resistance of concrete; prepares epoxy asphalt concrete with excellent electrical conductivity, excellent road performance, and capable of melting ice and snow. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing basalt fiber-carbon fiber reinforced conductive epoxy asphalt concrete comprises (1) mixing the anhydrous ethanol with distilled water in the ratio of 9:1 to prepare a solvent, adding 0.03-0.06 pts. wt. silane coupling agent KH550, then stirring for 5-7 minutes, adding the pretreated basalt fiber, allowing to stand for 30-35 minutes, and then taken out to dry, heating in an oven at 115-120 degrees C for 2-3 hours, washing for 2-3 times by acetone and distilled water, and drying in an oven at 80-85 degrees C for 2-3 hours to obtain basalt fiber with surface coupling modification treatment; (2) under the stirring condition, slowly adding the coupled modified graphene oxide to 5-10 pts. wt. epoxy emulsion sizing agent, and stirring uniformly to obtain emulsion type sizing agent, using the sizing agent for sizing the surface-modified modified basalt fiber obtained in the step (1); and (3) pouring the coarse aggregate graphene oxide modified basalt fiber obtained in step (2), adding 5-10 pts. wt. fine aggregate limestone, 50-55 pts. wt. fly ash into preheated mixing pot, and adding 10-12 pts. wt. rubber particles, 1-2 pts. wt. polyester fiber, drying and uniformly mixing for 60-90 seconds, adding 70-80 pts. wt. binder epoxy asphalt, 90-100 pts. wt. cement, 160-170 pts. wt. fine aggregate sand, 270-280 pts. wt. coarse aggregate crushed stone, 0.5-1 pts. wt. polyacrylonitrile-based carbon fiber, thoroughly mixing for 90-95 seconds, and then adding 10-20 pts. wt. filler ore powder, 5-6 pts. wt. water reducing agent, and mixing for 90-95 seconds to obtain the epoxy asphalt concrete.
