▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Water-proof surgical drape comprises membrane materials, nano-graphene oxide sheets, ionized spider silk, polyoxamide resin, acrylate, synthetic polymer sol, glass fiber, polyester, carbon fiber, additives and deionized water. USE - Used as water-proof surgical drape. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing waterproof surgical drape comprising taking film material by adding the polyethylene resin into the ethanol solvent, keeping the mixed liquid solution at constant temperature of 28-35 degrees C, stirring at speed of 1500 rotations/minutes, fully stirring for 1-1.5 hours to obtain viscous film material, (2) processing by selecting spider silk ionization excess of spider silk, adding the de-ionized water and is electrified, where the voltage of the ion water rod is between the 50-80 V control voltage, electrifying and ionizing the spider silk, spider silk after ionization, synthetic polymer sol diameter enlarges to 15-30 nm, (3) using the polyethylene oxide mixed in an N-methyl pyrrolidone solvent to and keeping the solution at constant temperature of 25-30 degrees C, stirring speed is 1200-1500 rotations/minutes, stirring for 1-1.5 hours, uniformly and completely mixing to obtain viscous synthetic polymer sol, (4) weighing 1-2 pts. wt. acrylic acid, 3-4 pts. wt. isooctyl magnesium carbonate, 15-20 pts. wt. silicon dioxide into the filled with 50-60 pts. wt. deionized water in the reaction kettle, using film material obtained in step (1), controlling the stirring speed at 1200-1500 rotations/minutes, and controlling temperature between -45 degrees C, stirring at constant temperature at 35 degrees C for 1.5 hours to obtain additive solution of turbid, using processed spider silk, synthetic polymer sol obtained in the step (3), using additive obtained in the step (4) to mix with reaction kettle, gradually adding de-ionized water, adding the nano graphene oxide, polyoxamide resin, acrylic ester, glass fiber, polyester fiber and carbon fiber, fully stirring, controlling the stirring speed at 1200-2000 rotations/minutes, maintaining constant temperature at 35-40 degrees C, fully stirring uniformly for more than 1-1.5 hours and in the process of stirring, adding nano-sponge, mixing and stirring, preparing non-woven fabric by adding the mixed solution obtained in the step (7) of adding injection pump, adjusting the spinning to distance of the receiving device is 8-18 cm, using nonwoven fabrics starting device for electrostatic spinning, the spinning voltage is 10-35 kV, the flow rate of the spinning solution is 0.75-2.5 ml/h, to obtain the non-woven fabric on the receiving device, drying using vacuum drying box for 24 hours to obtaining the composite nonwoven fabric drying, using non-woven fabric obtained in step (3) and placing on the processing table, made of surgical drape compound.
