▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for preparing dry-grained semi-polishing brick, involves (a) treating surface of the brick blank with water spray, and drenching the surface of the brick blank with an antique surface glaze using a wire mesh that can form a pattern on the brick blank to form an antique surface glaze layer with a pattern, (b) spray printing glaze on the antique surface glaze layer, and coating a layer of protective glaze on its surface, (c) continuously drench dry granular glaze on the surface of the protective glaze, and calcinate at a high temperature of 1100~1300 degreesC to form translucent concave-convex crystals on the surface of the antique glaze; Step 4. Use flexible polishing settings to grind and polish according to the degree of concave-convex crystal on the glazed surface of the brick blank to obtain dry-grain semi-polished bricks. USE - The method is useful for preparing dry-grained semi-polishing brick. ADVANTAGE - The prepared semi-polished bricks are fine and beautiful, and have more antifouling and wear-resistant effects, and more moisture-proof and anti-fouling, upgrades the flexural resistance, and ensures prolonged shelf life.
