▎ 摘　　要

NOVELTY - Graphene quantum dot modified polybenzoxazole fiber compound (I) are new. USE - (I) are useful in aerospace and aviation fields. ADVANTAGE - (I) have temperature with mass loss of 10% increased by 100-130 degrees C, and its tensile strength increased by 10-16% when compared with unmodified polybenzoxazole fiber. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Graphene quantum dot modified polybenzoxazole fiber compound of formula (I) are new. T = 11-phenyl-4,12-dioxa-6,10-diazatricyclo(7.3.0.0(3,7))dodeca-1,3(7),5,8,10-pentaene moiety of formula (II); n = not defined; and G = graphene quantum dots moiety of formula (III). An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation of (I).
