NOVELTY - Composite copper salt antioxidant system comprises 5-30 wt.% copper salt, 10-80 wt.% halogen compound, 0-10 wt.% carbon nano-tubes, 0-10 wt.% graphene, 10-75 wt.% auxiliary antioxidant and 4-10 wt.% lubricant. USE - The antioxidant system is useful for producing, processing and using nylon. ADVANTAGE - The antioxidant system has excellent high temperature oxidation resistance and mechanical properties, is used for a long time, is used in an environment of 150 degrees C, and improves high temperature service life of nylon. The method is simple to operate, ensures strong controllability, and is suitable for industrial production.
