NOVELTY - Low temperature denitration catalyst preparation involves dispersing graphene oxide and nitrogen-containing substance in water, heating, cleaning, and then filtering to obtain nitrogen-doped graphene. The transition metal salt is dissolved in water to prepare metal precursor solution. The titanium dioxide is mixed with nitrogen-doped graphene, immersed in the metal precursor solution with precipitant, and then heated, filtered and dried to obtain the catalyst powder. The catalyst powder is calcined under a protective gas to obtain the low temperature denitration catalyst. USE - Method for preparing low temperature denitration catalyst (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method prepares the low temperature denitration catalyst in a simple and cost-effective manner with good denitrification effect under low temperature conditions, and effectively resists sulfur dioxide. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for carrying out flue gas denitration, which involves carrying out selective catalytic reduction reaction with low-temperature denitration catalyst at 80-180 degrees C.
