▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Non-noble metal acetylene selective hydrogenation catalyst nickel-copper nitride (Ni3CuN) is claimed. The catalyst is prepared by loading a double-metal nitride active component on the nano-carrier in which the double-metal nitride is Ni3CuN, the loading amount of nickel (Ni) is 0.1-50 wt.%, and the atomic ratio between Ni and copper (Cu) is 1:10-10:1. USE - The catalyst is useful in the selective hydrogenation reaction of acetylene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The catalyst exhibits excellent selectivity in the selective hydrogenation reaction of acetylene (about 80 %), and has excellent stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: Preparing non-noble metal acetylene selective hydrogenation catalyst NiCuN, comprising loading the nickel salt and copper salt onto the nano-carrier by dipping method, and then carrying out nitriding treatment in an atmosphere containing ammonia to obtain final product; and3 Use of catalyst NiCuN in the selective hydrogenation reaction of acetylene, comprising the gas components of acetylene hydrogenation reaction including 1-99 vol.% hydrogen (H), 0.1-99 vol.% acetylene (CH), and helium gas as balance gas in which the gas flow rate is 1-1000 ml/minute, and the reaction temperature is 10-300 ℃.3222
