▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A cathode active material comprises lithium-iron phosphate particles formed on at least one portion of graphene (derivative), and an anion-based ion conductivity enhancer absorbed on the particles. USE - Cathode active material is used in lithium secondary batteries (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The cathode active material has excellent conductivity, and reduces voltage drop during charging/discharging. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A cathode active material comprises lithium-iron phosphate particles formed on at least one portion of graphene (derivative), and an anion-based ion conductivity enhancer absorbed on the particles. The lithium-iron phosphate is of formula: Li1+aFe1-xMx(PO4-b)Xb. a=-0.5 to 0.5; x=0-0.5; b=0-0.1; X=F, S and/or N;and M=Al, Mg, Ni, Co, Mn, Ti, Ga, Cu, V, Nb, Zr, Ce, In, Zn and/or Y. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of cathode active material.
