NOVELTY - Manufacture of polymer-graphene composite involves (S100) functionalizing exfoliated graphene in sheet form without pulverization, (S200) adsorbing functionalized graphene and a polymer compound containing a polar functional group in a molecule to form a polymer-graphene composite and precipitating, and (S300) shaping the precipitated polymer-graphene composite. USE - Manufacture of polymer-graphene composite used for automobile, electronics, and energy applications. ADVANTAGE - The method provides polymer-graphene composite having excellent physical properties, and controls composition of the polymer-graphene composite. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a device for manufacturing polymer-graphene composite, which comprises a reactor for functionalizing the exfoliated graphene in the form of sheet without crushing and adsorbing the functionalized graphene and a polymer compound containing a polar functional group in a molecule to form a polymer-graphene composite, and a molding device for receiving and molding the polymer-graphene composite formed in the reactor.
