▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - An electrochemiluminescence (ECL) graphene oxide detecting method involves adding an alkaline luminol solution B in an alkaline phosphate-buffered saline solution A of ECL cell to obtain a mixed solution C. The mixed solution C is placed into an ECL signal three-electrode system for scanning the electrochemical sending light signal. The mixed solution C is added to graphene oxide, fully dissolved and mixed uniformly to obtain a mixed solution D. The mixed solution D is placed into the three-electrode system for scanning the electrochemical sending light signal to obtain the signal intensity. USE - Method for detecting electrochemiluminescence graphene oxide. ADVANTAGE - The method enables detecting the electrochemiluminescence graphene oxide in a simple, rapid and easy manner with high sensitivity.
