▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A substrate for electro-forming plating, has conductive substrate and graphene layer. The graphene layer is formed on the surface of the conductive substrate. USE - Substrate for electro-forming plating such as metal key pad, metal key board, metal housing, metal accessory, metallic label plate, metal mask, metal mesh, watch plate, light guide plate, metal stamp for bio-chip manufacture or lead frame. ADVANTAGE - The substrate maintains the thermal process for long time, prevents problem that is harmful to the human body, prevents need of the wastewater treatment, improves mass producibility, electroconductivity and the barrier property, achieves uniform electro-chemical-deposition and makes exfoliation between the substrate for the electro-forming plating and the electro-forming plating smoothly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) electro-forming plating method; and (2) electro-forming plating.
