▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing high-performance rubber/graphene oxide composite material comprises (i) heating 50-70% sulfur to 119-160degrees Celsius to melt, adding 0-30% vinyl monomer, stirring for 0-8 hours, adding 20-50% mono-substituted aniline under argon protection, and stirring for 1-4 hours, (ii) dissolving reactant in tetrahydrofuran, filtering to remove unreacted sulfur, pouring the filtered solution into ethanol to obtain purified amino-containing polysulfide, (iii) mixing prepared raw rubber, graphene oxide masterbatch, antioxidant and 1-20 wt.% amino-containing polysulfide according to the mass ratio of raw rubber and graphene oxide masterbatch is 100:26.25-150 in an internal mixer for one stage at 100-170degrees Celsius for 3-10 minutes to obtain a mixed rubber, and (iv) placing mixed rubber into open mill and adding vulcanizing bag, adding mixed rubber, placing for 24-48 hours, and preparing a high-performance rubber/graphene oxide composite material by hot pressing vulcanization. USE - The method is useful for preparing high-performance rubber/graphene oxide composite material. ADVANTAGE - The composite material obviously improves tensile strength and the fixed elongation stress of the rubber/oxidized graphene composite material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for rubber/graphene oxide composite material prepared by the above mentioned method. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a flow chart of the method for preparing high-performance rubber/graphene oxide composite material (Drawing includes non-English language text).
