NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene heat conduction film involves (S1) preparing a graphene oxide slurry with a viscosity of 30000-70000 mPa.second, (S2) coating and drying to obtain a graphene oxide film, (S3) treating a surface to be bonded of the graphene oxide film using a surface treatment liquid, calendering and laminating multi-layered graphene oxide film to obtain a semifinished film, and (S4) performing impurity removal on the semifinished film, heat-treating and calendering to a density of 1.9-2.2 g/cm3. The surface treatment liquid is an aqueous dispersion of crosslinking agent. The surface to be bonded comprises an inner surface of an outer layer graphene oxide film and two side surfaces of the inner layer graphene oxide film. USE - Preparation of graphene heat conduction film (claimed) used in consumer electronic product such as ultra-thin notebook computer, smartphone and tablet computer. ADVANTAGE - The method uses active ingredient capable of forming a bond or crystal with graphene oxide or graphene to connect adjacent graphene oxide or graphene layer frames, increases the compactness and orientation between layers by pre-calendering, and can achieve continuous preparation of graphene heat conduction film with excellent interlayer bonding force, and high die-cutting yield and thickness.
