▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A manganese oxide-titanium oxide (MnO2-TiO2) graphene-porous inorganic ceramic film low temperature denitrating catalyst comprises MnO2-TiO2 graphene-porous inorganic ceramic film (50-80 mass%) as vector. Mass percentage of composite of MnO2, TiO2 and graphene is 20-50%. Atom ratio of manganese, titanium and carbon is 1:6.9:1.7. USE - Manganese oxide-titanium oxide graphene-porous inorganic ceramic film low temperature denitrating catalyst. ADVANTAGE - The catalyst is cheap, has high specific surface area, has stable structure, and has unique electron transportation specialty. It can improve catalyzing property of material at low temperature. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the manganese oxide-titanium oxide graphene-porous inorganic ceramic film low temperature denitrating catalyst which comprises: (A) uniformly grinding coal cinder comprising silicon dioxide, aluminum oxide, calcium oxide, magnesium oxide, titanium oxide, potassium oxide and disodium oxide; (B) adding foaming agent which particle size is 0.02 mm, pressing mold, and forming on presser using semidry method with forming pressure of 38MPa; (C) pressing to thin film, roasting for 2 hours pressed thin film in muffle furnace at 1100 degrees C, and obtaining coal ash group porous ceramic sheet, grinding, and obtaining porous inorganic ceramic film; (D) putting carbon nanotube into absolute alcohol at room temperature, processing in ultrasonic crusher to make carbon nanotube open, and adding tetrabutyl titanate after first ultrasonic processing; (E) processing second ultrasonic processing, and successively adding mixed solution of acetic acid and manganese nitrate and the porous inorganic ceramic film into solution in second ultrasonic processing, and ultrasonic processing until appearing of sol; and (F) drying and roasting aging sample, and obtaining the catalyst.
