NOVELTY - A reinforced thermoplastic is prepared by taking 45-50 wt.% polyethylene resin, 38-42 wt.% polypropylene/styrene-butadiene resin, 5-10 wt.% carbon fiber and 3-5 wt.% graphene micro sheet, melting, mixing, extruding, granulating, and injection molding. USE - Method for preparing reinforced thermoplastic (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The thermoplastic has excellent bending strength, shear strength, impact strength, stress transfer and heat transfer effects.
