NOVELTY - A composite structure (100) comprises a layer (L1) comprising a molecular mechanical material whose shape is deformed in response to an external stimulus, and a layer (L2) including a two-dimensional material having a specific crystal structure, located on layer (L1). Layer (L1) is deformed by external stimulus, and the crystal structure of the two-dimensional material is deformed in layer (L2) accompanying the deformation of layer (L1). USE - Composite structure is used for electronic device. Uses include but are not limited to sensor, biomimetic membrane, mechanical motion control, and nano-dynamic system. ADVANTAGE - The composite structure is possible to mechanically deform the crystal structure of the two-dimensional material of layer (L2) due to the contraction or expansion of layer (L1) in response to external stimuli.
