NOVELTY - Hydrogen barrier coating comprises a deposited catalytic metal layer rich in catalytic metal ions formed on the surface of the substrate, where a carbon ion-rich cemented layer is formed on the surface of the deposited catalytic metal layer and the surface of the cemented layer graphene coating. USE - Hydrogen barrier coating for inner surface of hydrogen storage and transportation device. ADVANTAGE - The hydrogen barrier coating has high bonding force with the film base, good hydrogen barrier effect, and reduces production costs, and achieves uniform deposition on both the inner and outer surfaces of the workpiece. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing hydrogen barrier coating for inner surface of hydrogen storage and transportation device, which involves: (A) polishing the surface of the substrate step by step and cleaning and air-drying, and injecting catalytic metal ions and depositing on the surface of the substrate by deposition technology to obtain a deposited catalytic metal layer and an injection layer sequentially stacked from bottom to top; and (B) using the plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition method to grow a graphene coating in situ on the surface of the implanted layer.
